Important Disclosures

Last updated: January 1, 2026

Please read these disclosures carefully. They contain important information about our business financing products and services.

General Disclosure

Fenvic Financial provides business financing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. We are not a bank or depository institution. Our products include Merchant Cash Advances, Revenue-Based Financing, Unsecured Business Loans, Business Lines of Credit, Term Loans, and Quick Access Capital.

Merchant Cash Advance Disclosure

A Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) is a purchase of future receivables, not a loan. The cost of an MCA is expressed as a factor rate, not an annual percentage rate (APR). Factor rates typically range from 1.10 to 1.50. The total repayment amount is determined by multiplying the advance amount by the factor rate. Repayment is made through daily or weekly automatic withdrawals from your business bank account.

MCAs do not have a fixed repayment period. Actual repayment time depends on your business revenue. The effective APR of an MCA can be significantly higher than traditional loan products when repayment occurs over a short period.

Revenue-Based Financing Disclosure

Revenue-Based Financing involves the purchase of a percentage of future business revenue. Repayments are made monthly as a fixed percentage of gross revenue. There is no fixed term — repayment continues until the total obligation is met. Payments will vary based on actual monthly revenue.

UCC Filings

Some of our financing products may involve the filing of a UCC-1 financing statement. This is a standard business financing practice that creates a public record of the financing arrangement. UCC filings do not create a lien on specific assets but may affect your ability to obtain additional financing from some lenders.

No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or funding. All applications are subject to underwriting review and approval. Approval rates, funding amounts, and terms vary based on individual business circumstances.

Personal Guarantee

Most of our financing products require a personal guarantee from the principal owner(s) of the business. A personal guarantee means the individual is personally responsible for repayment if the business is unable to meet its obligations.

Not Legal or Financial Advice

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. We encourage you to consult with qualified professionals before making financing decisions.

State Regulations

Business financing products may be subject to state-specific regulations. Availability of products and terms may vary by state. Not all products are available in all states.
